Solomon has several years of program development and project management experience in various organizations. He served as a project manager for Christian Children’s Fund of Canada and worked for Amhara Development Association as a deputy CEO and executive director.

Solomon has a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Addis Ababa University and has extensive training related to his profession and expertise.

Tirsit Tefera Alemayehu| a BDS specialist & Regional Team Leader with more than 13-years successful experience in training, coaching, mentoring, advising, manual development, and team management at different organizations. Tirsit specializes in BDS and regularly attends international and national ToT training sessions to showcase new BDS trends and team management tools. Tirsit has experience in project management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, partnership development, and company collaboration. Tirsit holds BA, BSc, MBA in diversified fields and a current UNITAR® certification. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace.

Temesgen Eyasu has bachelor degree in Sociology and master of business administration from Madawalabu and ArbaMinch universities. He has more than 10-year experience on community development programs at project site levels. He managed HIV-AIDS advocacy and community mobilization programs of the organization called EPaRDA (enhancing pastoral research and development alternatives). And also, he coordinated several projects in the past and present including (Y-LED, EBG, EYE, CMS, bridge, pro agro projects) of DOT Ethiopia in Gamo, Wolaita and Hadiya Zones. Now a day, he is a regional team leader of South Ethiopia programs 

Aklilu, a seasoned coach with over 8 years of experience in business development, program management, and youth leadership, leverages diverse expertise to empower individuals and organizations. He holds an MBA in Marketing Management, is an ILO Certified Market System Analyst, and a National Financial Education trainer. Previously, Aklilu coordinated The ILO FAIRWAY project in Addis Ababa, Adama, Bahirdar, and Shashemene, and The Mastercard BRIDGE program with First Consult across Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR, Sidama, Addis Ababa, and Diredawa.

Yibrah Aregawi is a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with expertise in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems. With a strong background in data analysis and project management, He develop frameworks and tools to track program performance and measure outcomes. He excels in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data using various software and statistical tools. Yibrah is committed to promoting evidence-based practices and using data to drive decision-making, ensuring program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Barko Masrie is a high-calibre business development professional with seven (7) years of demonstrated work in community development and business development and training delivery at Digital Opportunity Trust Ethiopia. He is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Social Work and Management. He holds certifications as an ICF Coach and Financial; Education National Trainer with the ILO. He is skilled in youth skill development, business development, coaching, and training delivery.

Henok Tamrat is a Passionate young leader who blends academic excellence with over 4 years in Business Development Services. This journey began at the Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) in Ethiopia (2019-2020), where he empowered communities through business and life skills training. He has a Master's degree in Information Systems and SIYB certification as an ILO trainer further solidifying his expertise. Currently, Henok works as a Field Business Development Officer at DOT Ethiopia, driving change and growth within the startup ecosystem.
