Solomon has several years of program development and project management experience in various organizations. He served as a project manager for Christian Children’s Fund of Canada and worked for Amhara Development Association as a deputy CEO and executive director.
Solomon has a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Addis Ababa University and has extensive training related to his profession and expertise.

Tirsit specializes in BDS and regularly attends international and national ToT training sessions to showcase new BDS trends and team management tools. Tirsit has experience in project management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, partnership development, and company collaboration. He has more than 10-year experience on community development programs at project site levels. He managed HIV-AIDS advocacy and community mobilization programs of the organization called EPaRDA (enhancing pastoral research and development alternatives). And also, he coordinated several projects in the past and present including (Y-LED, EBG, EYE, CMS, bridge, pro agro projects) of DOT Ethiopia in Gamo, Wolaita and Hadiya Zones. Now a day, he is a regional team leader of South Ethiopia programs
